After spending the last summer in Europe, our family headed towards Asia, Australia and New Zealand, and what a great adventure it was! For almost five months we travelled through these places:
Shanghai – Bali – Darwin – Brisbane – Sydney – Auckland – Hong Kong – the Philippines (Palawan) – Hong Kong – Tokyo
So here it is, our second part of the journey in 33 pictures. Enjoy!
After a looong flight from Portugal, we arrived in the hectic city of Shanghai.
We attended the Shanghai Fashion Fair (thanks to Finpro). A day before the fair started, the whole building seemed to be under a construction state.
But somehow they build the fair up in one night. Papu was honoured to be on the same stand with over 10 other awesome Finnish design and lifestyle brands.

After the hectic Shanghai, we headed to Bali to reset our minds. This picture is from Ubud rice terrace.
We didn´t know much about Brisbane beforehand but the city surprised us positively!
The Sydney Harbour bridge next to the Sydney Opera House made an impression to us.
The Sydney Zoo was must visit with kids and so much fun, of course!
Our Sydney Airbnb was in Newtown. This hip area was full of interesting houses, wall paintings, bars, small boutiques, and yeah… hipsters.
In Auckland, New Zealand, we had the opportunity to spend some time in our local agents’ home. We were so happy about this, and what is more, we also had some salty liquorice as a gift!

After the busy Hong Kong, it was time to have some free time again. We spend a couple of weeks in Palawan, Philippines.
